Politics and Governance Department

The politics and governance department seeks to contribute to the national debate on which reform areas that Cambodia should undertake in order to improve governance and strengthen government institutions. It endeavors to work with politicians, policy makers, academics and international partners and other relevant stakeholders to develop non- partisan and research-based policy solutions.

The key research areas of the department include democratization, election, judiciary, legislature, decentralization, accountability, corruption and the rule of law, among others. The department also hosts policy forum and has a range of regular publications.
